Help! I can't Log In and it says My Cookies Don't Work!
"I tried to log into the website and it replied that I must enable cookies. I turned on the cookies and I still can't get in!" If you are having trouble logging in and staying logged in, it may be because of cookie problems. Cookies are used to retain the username, password and other member information. The following steps should be taken to ensure that your cookies are working properly: * Time and Date The most common problem with cookies not working is that the member's computer has the incorrect date and time. Check the computer and make sure it has the correct month, day, year and time. If it is not current, reset it so it has the proper date and time. When it has been updated, try to log in again. * You have bookmarked an incorrect link If you are using a bookmark in your browser to get to the site, make sure that you have saved the address with the 'www.' in front of the domain name. In other words, if you were saving this site to your bookmarks, the url should be www.uspfa.org - not simply uspfa.org * Personal Firewall or Security Software Some security software like Norton Antivirus or McAfee, etc have options for extremely high security that do not allow any cookies from any site. You will have to set the antivirus program to accept cookies specifically from this site.
